What Shipping Method Do You Use?
Merchandise ships out to the address you designate in 2-5 business days by USPS Priority Mail. Orders received after 3:00 P.M. CST will be processed on the next business day. (T-F)
Do You Offer Expedited Shipping?
Please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you with Express Mail Ship.
Will I Be Notified When My Order Ships?
Whenever an order is shipped out, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to the online tracking number.
Do You Take International Orders?
We do not ship internationally at this time. We take orders placed in the United States (48 contiguous states) only.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and all major credit cards through our secure merchants at this time.

Do You Accept Returns or Exchanges?
We will accept returns with the exception of broken item(s) during shipment. Please do not return broken glass item(s). Take a photo of the item(s) and Contact Us immediately and email the photos of the broken item(s) within 30 days from delivery. If you are not satisfied with an item, just Contact Us to receive a Return Authorization.
Approved items are to be shipped prepaid within 30 days of receipt. We do not accept C.O.D.'s. Items must be packed carefully and received in mint condition and include a prior Return Authorization Number from us. We will exchange the item or refund the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee.
Original shipping fees cannot be refunded. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Sorry, but merchandise returned without authorization from letitbeetched.com (Glass Etching by Matisse) will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions. To obtain your Return Authorization Number, please email or phone your request for Return Authorization.
Refused Shipments will incur a 20% restocking fee plus freight charges both ways.
How Do I Care For My Glass Purchases?
We suggest that these beautiful etched glass products be hand-washed to preserve their beauty just like fine china.
