Policy and Procedures

Glass Etching by Matisse is a specialty business that specializes in the etching and carving of glass and other materials amenable to etching techniques. We do not fabricate items.

We are not a manufacturer. We custom-etch items to the client’s specifications that are already fabricated such as glassware, special ordered glass, or architectural elements that are in place.

Glass Etching by Matisse will need to examine the item to ascertain whether the surface is amenable to etching, if the client desires to supply their own item.

Ordering Custom-etch Services

After confirmation of the custom-etch services order, a 50% deposit will be required before etching services begin. On glassware or stemware items, there is an order minimum for etching of 12 pieces. A minimum of 7-10 working days is required in order to complete custom-etched work on glassware. Upon completion of the work, the balance will be due.

Terms

We accept payment by cashier’s check, money order, PayPal and credit cards. You may either call us or send us a fax with your credit card information.

Shipping

All domestic orders are sent via UPS ground service unless otherwise specified. Stock etched items will be shipped within 24 hours of payment having been received. Charges will be based on actual shipping charges per your address and zip code along with handling fees. No CODs on shipping.

Prices

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

State Sales Tax

Texas residents will be charged a state sales tax in accordance with the applicable laws.
